The Refill Presses and DIES (matrices) for reloading ammunition are products controlled by the Brazilian Army/PF, therefore they are intended for those who have a Registration Certificate - CR as well as Shooter and/or Hunter activities with an apostille(s).
INDUSTRIA METALURGICA CELGON LTDA , a company duly qualified to sell these controlled products, does not sell, under any circumstances, to customers without the proper Qualification/Authorization.
- How to buy
Initially, you must file a purchase authorization process through your direct actions in the army service bodies, always through SisGCorp (https://sisgcorp.eb.mil.br) , through the Purchase Authorization option. You can also use the administrative structure of your shooting club or a dispatcher with knowledge in this type of process.
The equipment can be purchased whenever you wish, however, you must send us the purchase authorization with the Registration Certificate, valid for less than 180 days.

With the Purchase Authorization in hand, you must forward to INDUSTRIA METALURGICA CELGON LTDA for validation, closing of the order, Payment conditions, payment and, at the end, the issuance of the Invoice, and consequently the shipment
